Lots of stuff is on sale all over, from amazon to your favorite brick and mortar stores. If you see something that's retail price, it's best to just wait until it goes on sale.

Honestly there should really be an Official Skylanders Sale Topic that way we don't have all these random ones that keep popping up. It would be a lot more organized.

There were ones in the past, but they've long since been dead.

And of course they have almost nothing I need to make this sale worthwhile. Bloody heck.

I live in NYC, and my TRU charges $19.49 per swapper. So almost no sale at TRU is worth it to me unless I go to a TRU much farther away.

That's just... awful. They still shouldn't charge THAT much. Maybe you should report it or have them price match each of your purchase?

Makes sense to me. Rent in NYC isn't exactly cheap. It's the cost of living in a great city

I'm waiting for the $8 swapper and $5 core figure sale.

Are you talking about the one in Times Square? That's a tourist hotspot, of course they're going to overcharge for things.

I retty much only go in to TRU for their exclusives these days but since I'm only missing L-Bouncer (go figure I'd want one late in the game), I think I'll pass.

Mines not quite as much but here in Cleveland, its almost $18.50 with tax and stuff haha. TRU in general has higher prices but its not too bad sometimes when they have sales. Although if that $19.49 is before tax then that's bollocks.

You should seriously either report that to ToysRUs customer service, or get them to price match everything you buy.

Not sure how other TRUs work. but if mine price matches, then it does not do the sale, so in this case, they would price match, but then not do the BOGO 40%.

I did think about reporting them, because it did annoy me.

Stores can set prices based on location. Not all stores will have the same prices on the same items.

My zip is 11375. Nothing in there for this area. What page was your info on?

It's in the weekly circular (p. 11) that runs only March 2nd-8th. When I put in mordelack's zip in, it only gives the monthly circular (Feb. 2nd-Mar. 3rd), whereas my zip showed both the weekly & the monthly. Perhaps it is regional.

Naw I live on long island and the valley stream and Carle place stores sell it this high along with most items in the store. I tend to shop at a tru more out east. These two also are pains, I've priced matched stuff before then get told the bogo doesn't apply its one or the other. This is why I tend to do in-store pickup from online or just go more east away from the city. Also the Bronx is priced high too.

Walmart doesn't pm B1G1 deals.

Sadly there are like no kmarts that close to me and last i was there they had like 7 figures tops.

Aside from their normal horrible selection (mine had one Free Ranger that looked like it was torn apart by a dog), they get in a very good selection of rare Mega Bloks sets.

The KMart deal is pretty good, but yeah...their stock has been poor. I think I was lucky when I went to a Kmart soon after wave 2 was released and they had plenty of them. The one near me rarely has any stock (but that's become the case with every store in my area except for TRU). I'm trying to hold back on spending much money, but it would be a good deal to stock up for my son's birthday in May. But since he hasn't played Skylanders much, lately, I'm not really sure if he would care if I ever bought him another. Although, I'm sure, if he had new figures, he would want to play more. He's just moved onto Lego Batman 2 (especially after the Lego Movie), which is a lot easier for him to play since his 3 yo sister doesn't get into the Skylanders when he has them out

Edit: I'm also wondering if they would consider them under "Toys & Games". Their website lists them as a game accessory, so probably not. I know TRU used to have Skylanders listed as toys, but Swap Force figures aren't. I have a Shop Your Way rewards for $4 off a purchase of $15 or more in "Toys & Games", so that would make a good deal. It also seems I have one for $7 off $30, but I'm not sure I would want to spend that much. Although, that would be 4 swappers or 6 cores for $23 (might need a cheap filler to get it to $30). If I added a few bucks, I could probably get 2 swappers and 2 lightcores for $21, or 2 swappers and 2 cores for $18 (by adding $5 of merchandise). I might really have to re-consider this. Too bad my rewards expire, today. Though they usually send new ones out when the others expire and sometimes it's just $X for any purchase.

Soo my wife last night went on a quest to find a dragon dagger (MMPR Legacy one), while out east a tad we went to Kmart. They had lots of triples, lightcores, 1 nightshift and the starter packs. I bought 4 lightcores (2 wham, 2 countdown) and left the rest. Figure I'll just return my sealed ones i got from tru that i havent opened yet. If they offered the deal online I'd be happy but sadly they don't.

The Swap Force Wii U Bundle is apparently on sale from Newegg via their ebay sales. Regular price is $299, and they're offering it for $219. I'll add that to the first post.

You should specify that it comes with a Disney Infinity starter pack at that price as well. I know this is a Skylanders forum but getting the Wii U for that price is good but getting a starter pack for Disney infinity with it makes it so much more of a better deal. Even if you don't like Infinity you could always turn around and sell it or give it as a gift to someone else. Here's the picture from the listing.

I went to 3 Kmarts around here, and saw actually a nice amount of stock. In fact, the first one actually had a ton of Sheep Wreck Island, so if you haven't picked that up, you could grab that and a swapper or something.
One thing I noticed, moreso than any other store is that a ton of them had the glue coming off the back card of the figures. Seems like none of the stores had decided to put a little in shop tape on them to fix em, so be warned about that.

SWI wouldn't be included in the sale unless, for some reason, it just looks at the price of the 2nd Skylander. The B1G1 only includes $9.99 - $14.99 figures. If they included the adventure packs, I would be tempted ot get ToT.

I'm about to head out and possibly hit some more Kmarts. i really wish they had some bigger selections though. Most of them seem to have Wave 1-2 stuff as far as singles and such go, right? Has anyone seen anything newer in their stores?

Updated with sales for this week. Doesn't look like the individual characters are on sale anywhere unfortunately, however the starter pack is on sale at Target. If you haven't got it yet, or wanted to get another version, now would be a pretty good time. You might be able to stack it with the $5 off Frito Lay Coupon too, although don't quote me on that.

I also added a little bit about a TRU coupon I got that seems to have a loophole in it. Maybe someone that works there or is able to check it out today can let us know if it works.

ToysRUs has the Legendary Giants Triple Pack for $15.

Something for the uk! Enchanted hoop loop for 10 pound! I also found rattle shake for 10.00 pound in HMV and all there starter packs were dropped in price roughly 38.00 pound! Oh the hoop loop is in asda!

The Toys r Us sale this week is actually 3 for $20 of all skylander single figures priced $9.99 or $10.99. It does make a difference because of the 10.99 price point at most TRU stores.

Would toysrusatch bestbuys ad? Also would target match both of those? Anyone with experience know? Wouldn't kindgetting 50% off nitro
