Although it was weird at first, I sorta like how we had a different Mewtwo with this voice.

This Mewtwo referred to the first movie all the time, and in that movie it was clearly a male. Hoever, in this movie it was female. So? Do genders of cartain pokemon change gender over time?

This was a different MewTwo than the one in the first movie. This one was made by differnet people.
