My puppy had a similar problem but it was in his hips. He was always whimpering and he couldn't walk well without hurting. We had to put him down. He was 7 months old.

That's sad. The only issue one of my dogs has is chronic itchiness.

As a dog owner who had to put down his first "baby" about 16 months ago, I'm extremely sympathetic to your situation, Joe. At least we had 14+ years with our Max. Hope your pup can give you plenty of good times like we were able to enjoy.

That sucks! D:
My dog, who is over the age of 9 in human years, was hit by a car as a puppy and has, what we think is, a paralyzed tail. She can't wag. Only comically shake her butt back and forth.
