I was going to get TEN on DS but I ended up missing out the game completely. What is the DS version like? How does it compare to the console version?
Is it better than A New Beginning on DS? More importantly is it worth getting? Or should I just wait for DOTD? I like ANB on DS but the combat is very tedious and repetitive.

The DS version? I have it. The only thing that's the best is nothing. If you want easy boss battles and no Dark Spyro, be my guest.

Don't even bother with the DS version; I didn't even get past the first level before I got a headache from its crappiness and took it back.

I saw it today and looked on the back of the box, I think it shows screenshots from the console version on it which is quite a rip.

I wouldn't say that. I love Shadow Legacy, and A New Beginning is a good game (too repetitive though).

Dunno why the DS version of DotD is in 2D but it looks great nonetheless.

ANB is okay but the combat gets too boring. Constantly fighting baboons.
