Ugh, I could have just waited to go there... I actually got my LC Hex at Walmart, but it was at regular lightcore price. 5 dollars would have been a steal though!

Those sales are usually store specific, although I could be incorrect on this one.

If it's a legit sale for the chain then it should be every target. If it is a clearance item then that is store specific. Store leads price the clearance items in an attempt to get them out of the store

My local Target is selling LC Hex at $4.99 as its normal price (i.e. non-clearance).

I have no idea if TRU has sales on LC Hex but all I know is that my Target's stock is as empty as an average store during the dreaded Skylander shortage of Spyro's Adventure. While TRU has thousands of them than they can deal with.
