No sheep, no trolls no chompies, no totems [CLOSED]

For several weeks I have had nothing but the sugar bats--no Chompies, sheep, trolls or totems. However I have still have goals that require sheep and trolls. Anyone else have same problem? Is there a fix?

Do you have any spare space for them?

Trolls and sheep require 2x2 squares.

I hope there are people around with other ideas but that is an obvious start.

If you need many of trolls and sheeps then do not clear them immediately when they appear. It seems that new trolls and sheeps camps spawn faster if there are already same camps on your islands. Just have enough free space. If I remember correctly, Chompie pods disappear after same time, so clear them as you see them.

How does this work? Don't they disappear after a few minutes if you don't interact with them?

No, totems, the pods, and sugar bats disappear if you don't interact with them. Troll camps and sheep will stay until you remove them.

Not 100%, but it's a common theory and does seem to work, even if it really doesn't. But it's good to keep them around just for those times you get a quest (especially timed quests) since they don't disappear.

Many people feel they don't pop when you seem to need them for a quest so it's best to let them accumulate in any event.

Yeah, I let 7-8 of each build up, then cull them down to 2-3. I leave a couple silver chests laying around too.
