Whenever I try to buy gems (which cost real money), it says "unable to establish a network connection". I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. I have tried rebooting but it doesn't help. It worked when I first started the game. How do I fix it?

Are you using Activate? Is it working? That would be another check of whether Lost Islands is communicating or not. If not, here are a few things to think about.
Are you using wi-fi or cellular data? If it's cellular data, then make sure you have cellular data on and Lost Islands had access to cellular data. I'm not sure how Android works, but iOS has the option to turn off cellular data completely and turn off cellular data to certain apps. If you're on wi-fi, are you able to connect with other apps? I say all this not knowing if anyone else is having issues. I have in-app purchases turned off, so I can't check if I can connect or not. I'm not sure what it connects to, especially with Android. iOS does purchases through iTunes, I believe. I'm sure the purchases go through Apple. I'm not sure how in-app purchases work on Android unless it goes through the play store. It could be a problem with connecting to the store or a server issue with Activision. The issue with making a purchase and not getting the gems seems like a breakdown with the Activision server. This seems like you're not even able to connect to the place the purchase goes through. Sorry I can't give an exact answer, but I hope I was of some help on where to start looking. |

I have no idea what Activate is (xD) but I am not using cellular data. I am using wi-fi.

That is the message I regularly get when my Wi-Fi is turned on, my iPad can see that the Wi-Fi is turned on, but the iPad can't get any bandwidth. It usually means my partner or one of my children is downloading something on my PC and hogging all the bandwidth. |

I was playing today and there was a gem offer. I clicked purchase. Instead of actually do anything, it showed the loading screen for a split second, then a white bar appeared and the game froze.

One of my legends halls is pulsating like a heart. I can't put a skylander in it and tapping it does nothing.

Contact the activision forums or call their customer service number. That's what I did in that situation. Make sure you were charged though.

It is kind of hidden..... They want you to do something online and then wait the few weeks for someone to get to it.... Here is number you can try on Monday...
