Looks like TRU is now going with 40% giants (not SG cores, lighthouses, or triple packs) and Spyro's Adventures figures.

I wonder if these constant sales are a sign that TRU bought too much stock or if this is just a strategy to get buyers in the stores and buy more swappers. I find it hard to believe they thought they could move all that stock at full price.

Online or In-store? Or both?

Looks like it would be all SSA and SG figures ... not excluding SG cores or lightcores. I'm surprised they exclude triple packs considering the quantities I've seen in my local TRU.

1. All single pack Spyro's Adventure characters (Series 1 Ignitor, Series 1 Whirlwind, etc.), and,
2. All giant-sized characters for the Giants series (Hot Head, Thumpback, Ninjini, etc.).

regular-size characters and Lightcore characters from the Giants series are not eligible, at least on the TRU website.

I don't need any, but if that's the full ad, I would bring it in if I needed a SG core or LC. There's no way a manager wouldn't override the price based on that wording.

That's some pretty ambiguous wording there. LCs and core figures from both Giants and SSA should fall under this. Has anyone been to a store yet to try it out?

I agree. The ads has the price range for all. I will be going shortly to see what I can get.

I agree. Kinda hard to fight against the word ALL with no exclusions noted.

Sale covers ever Giant and Spyro single pack. Just purchased regular, LC and legends.

LC's - 7.79 each
Regular's - 6.59

Spyro Adventure Pack - 10.00 still

FYI Chesapeake Square Mall TRU has the new three Swappables (Spy, Stink. Rubble) as well as the new LC of Wave 3. The are all Legendary as well.

My TRU still has the Legendary 3-pack. Would love to get this at 40% off but sounds like it's not part of the sale.

No. That's not what s/he was saying.

My apologies for not being more clear in my post. I meant to post more detail, but kids started complaining about a lack of breakfast. Online, it appears to only qualify for giant Giants and SA figures. In store, I don't know.
