Star Wars: Empire at War FOC Mod Help [CLOSED]

I love EAW: FOC but I`m getting a little bored of the same old units and heroes with it. So I`m trying to decide which of the two mods to install.
So should I install Republic at War or Clone Wars( I know their is a lot of them named CW so here's a link : http://www.moddb.com/mods/star-wars-clone-wars/). Second question is How do you install a mod.(leave instructions for your preference of the two mods above) Third question how do you uninstall mods. Last question is The Clone Wars Sub-Mod any good? (link: http://www.moddb.com/mods/star-wars-clone-wars-sub-mod). One last thing . If you`ve played these and they put a virus on or ruined your pc please let me know!
