My Eye Brawl figure no longer works, so I visited the Activision Assist website and filled out a warranty claim, the following page was given to me giving me directions on how to continue the process https://support.activision.com...eplacement-Form however upon further reading nowhere does this page say that I will need to send my figure to Activision. Has anyone else gone through the process? Any help would be greatly appreciated. EDIT: I also received an email from them would in the directions claims that I should have gotten a return label, I did not. Does this mean they will just send me a new figure?

For Giants Figures (Giants Giants, not cores/lightcores), you need to send back the figure to them, and once they receive it, you will receive a new one back.

I'm pretty sure they need to receive the figure first. You should talk to them, as they are the final word on this.

Okay thanks! I didn't get a return label in my email so I'll just try to get another one at the store (his eye is a slightly different color blue and I can't just send him back, I get very attached when toys I own look unique)

I just had went through this, bought a figure that couldn't be read on the portal. They didn't want me to send in the figure, just to give them the model number and that was it.

I'm really upset, it's like he's dead. Is Eye Brawl easy to find? I'm probably just going to buy a new one. Thanks for your help everyone!

My TRU still has a lot of him so you should be able to find him.

UPDATE: Those Activision guys are idiots. I bought a HYPER PRISM BREAK figure showed a different character when it was on the portal. And they just sent me a notice saying they can't send me a new one now because HYPER PRISM BREAK hasn't been released yet in the US.

ALSO According to ACTIVISION - WIND UP from the SHEEP ISLAND PACK, has NOT been released yet. And they are not sure how I have one.

Id reply with, then how did i and like 5000 other ppl buy him last week and prism just before xmas?

If you have issues with any new figures, you're out of luck they don't even have them to exchange if your toy is defective.

Good news! Activision sent me a brand-spanking new Eye-Brawl! He works and I'm so happy! Activision, Frito Lay, and Lego have some really good customer service!

That brings their level of competence to an all star low if that's true. I'm more interested in how your hyper beam shows a different figure---what figure is it showing? Sounds like someone put the wrong rfid chip in the box.

Yup that is true, support log shows them saying that. They're sending me a new hyper beam, but for WIND UP, i'm outta luck, they don't have any.

With the Hyper Beam instead of the RED HANDS, it shows up with BLUE HANDS, but the text in the game says HYPER BEAM. I thought that was just show it was, but then i saw online playing and theirs was red.

Uuuuuh, you know you have to get his wow pow to make his gems red right?

new to the skylanders thing.. you mean unlock all the upgrades? i did that, is there something else?

Hyper Beam Prism Break's very last upgrade should do the trick. If its not working than there is a problem.

His brand new Wow Pow upgrade, known as "Crystal Comrade", will give him the red hands.
