Day Eagle.. 4 AM until 10:30-11:30 PM Every single day. Damn, no wonder I'm tired...

Night Owl. I normally sleep from 1pm until 6pm, then I'm up all night. Sometimes I don't sleep at all

I try desperately hard to be a Day Eagle but I find myself more as a Night Owl.

I'm often awake from 24:00 PM to 5:30 AM too ;>>

I try to become a Day Eagle. Going to bed early and all that. But I always have trouble sleeping.
I tend to go to bed around 10 PM or 12 AM but I tend to stay awake until 3 or 5 AM and sleep until 11AM or 12 PM.
If there's anything important I get up around 7 or 8 AM, but my time of going to sleep didn't change. Meaning that those specific days, I only get 2 or 3 hours of sleep.

My sleep schedule is real jacked up.

School nights, I go to bed sometime between 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM on a good night. I get up at 6:20 AM.

In the beginning of a break, I'm exhausted so I go to bed around 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM usually, but then after a long sleep I start to gradually stay up a little longer every night... Until finally I'm going to bed at noon or later and waking up at 7:00 PM or so. I can pull all-nighters after a while as well.
I like the night, but I honestly feel better when I stay up during the morning and sleep at night.

So I guess a bit of both.

Go to sleep at 2:00 AM and wake up at 6:00 AM on weekdays but on weekends I fall asleep at 3:00 AM and wake up at 11:30~ AM ^-^

same here, on a school day I wake up at about 6:30 or so, but when I don't have school, I ussally wake up far later, except on saturday mornings which I get up about 7:30 or so to watch shows such as BeyBlade, and Bolts and Blip. as for when I fall asleep, anytime.

Night-Owl, my schedule is usually around 10am-12pm to 1-4am, and during the day I hardly do much but lie around half asleep.
