Skylanders Swap Force SideKicks? [CLOSED]

I'm not asking IF there is going to be one (because I know we have no idea at the moment or someone would of said already) I'm just wondering if anyone else THINKS there might be a Frito-Lay promo later this year for Swap Force Minis or SideKicks. They already had them for Spyros Adventure and Giants so hopefully Swap Force? Also with SSA they had the two that came in the starter pack (Gill Runt and Trigger Snappy) and with Giants they were mini Giants, how cool would it be if they had Swapper SideKicks! That would be so awesome! Thoughts, comments?

I'm going to explain this badly, or at least maybe in the wrong terminology, so sorry ahead of time. All the figures, variants, etc have to be written into the programming of the game. Someone on here looked at the programming when the game first came out and posted what all the in-game variants and things were, and there were no new side-kicks among them.

I dont recall a Special Sprocket on that list?
Does anyone recall the list or can point to it?

I believe stuff like the "special" tag can be applied to any character.

Lemme see if I can find the thread for it.

EDIT: Lol, I know its Kung Fu Man who could help us out. Maybe we can beetlejuice him into the thread.
I did find this one which mentions what the special characters come up as. I can't remember where the other thread might be though.

I was lucky enough to visit Vicarious Visions' offices in early September for an invite-only press event. I asked a number of employees and the answer was the same across the board - NO SIDEKICKS IN SWAP FORCE.

Special is a flag on the figure, not part of their identity. Any figure can be designated as "Special".

Thank god for that! Sidekicks were by far the most expensive part of my collection as a non American

I would think there will be some sort of promotion in place of them this year, possibly some special figure like fright rider was later this year.
