I think that they should've kept the bases one color because now the orange and blue bases feel like they aren't worth as much, and are outdated. Plus, I liked the green the best so far. Second part: what is your bases prediction for game 4? I think it will be red. Anyone else notice the bases match the elements, like green=life, orange=fire, and blue=water? If this trend continues: red=fire, purple=magic, ?=tech (grey maybe?), black=undead, and clear/white=air.

I like that they're different colors. Makes them easily distinguishable.

As for the colors, both orange and red = fire? and '?' = tech? I'd say orange = tech.

I think the base colors are a good idea. As Donatron said, I think it helps new players and collectors determine which figure is from which game.

I'd say SKY4 will have red bases. That's just a hunch.

i don't want a skylanders 4.
red base is my speculation. it helps because you can identify which is which.
