Hey everyone,

I am new here. I live in Australia. I purchased a gem pack that was on sale, and I did not receive the gems. How do I go about contacting Activision to talk to them about this problem? I tried contacting their Facebook page, they replied once, and haven't replied since, which was over a week ago now. I can't contact their phone number as its in America... Is there an email address I can contact or something? If it was only a $5 gem pack I probably wouldn't care, but it was a $51.99 pack that was on special.

Not sure how the customer service works via email or outside the US, but I had very good assistance with a similar issue on the gems not applying to my game. Mine was a bit smaller, being the $0.99 deal though. smilie

I did some poking around through Activision's site for support and found this:

For Activision Customer Support in Australia, please call 1300 748 995. In New Zealand, please call 0800 160 110.
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (ET) Tuesday through Saturday.


As I'm not from Oz I cant verify if those numbers are good or not, but if they look good for you, I would give them a shot.

Thank you for that - the phone number worked and they have created a case and sent it off to America for me smilie
