Curious to know if this has happened to anyone else...
My Dark Blast Zone was broken out of the box. Instead of taking the entire set back to exchange at Gamestop on release week, I decided to go through support.
Big mistake.
After waiting an unusually long amount of time for the package to arrive, I opened it to find a Legendary Bouncer figure. After numerous calls (actually just got off the phone with them), i'm still stuck in the "we're looking into what happened" cycle. I have a bad feeling that I'm going to end up without a figure that I bought a $100 Dark Starter for.
Has anyone else had issues like this with support? What did you do?
