to add to that- if your looking for dittos for iv breeding and dont have access to a normal friend safari i would recommend getting some from pokedit or whatever

Can anyone get me a low level (1-5 ) Adamant Keckleon with max IVs and the following moveset

Dizzy Punch
Fake out
Power up
Aerial Ace


Also make sure it has the ability Protean

Breeding flawless Pokemon is already a tedious process for one's purpose. I'd suggest you try yourself.
