As most of you may know, Amazon.de and Amazon.it have The Sheep Wreck Island Adventure pack, Arkeyan Crossbow Battle Pack, Light Core Wham Shell and Count Down. They also have the wave 3 Swappers and they had the wave 3 corelanders before ToysRUs released then this pass Sunday. I'm interested only in the Battle/Adventure Pack as well as the LC's since there isn't any sight of release date. The sipping might take a while but it looks like Amazon.it says it can't ship the Sheep Wreck to my location so I went with Amazon.de. The problem it isn't listing my Amazon Store card as a payment method, am I missing something? And shout out to Skylander Dad (Skylander Boy and Girl + Lightcore Chase and Skylander Mom) for the info for shopping on Amazon.it or .de!

Sounds like a problem for Amazon, not us.

It's not a problem. It's how the system's designed. The Amazon.COM store card is valid for purchases with Amazon.COM, which is a separate entity from Amazon.de or Amazon.it. They are different websites with similar names. Your US Prime membership's no good either.

Really, I thought I heard Amazon Prime would work (which I don't have anyways). That's a shame. But I do know it's all Amazon, they aren't totally different companies that happen to look the same and have the same logo.

It's not all the same. About the only thing that carries over is your user id. Again, Amazon should be able to clear this up the confusion.

My prime does work on amazon.de and amazon.com just no other one

I asked Amazon CS whether I could link my US Prime to my German account. Here's their response.

There you have it. They are different.

Last time I bought skylanders from amazon.de (Skarlet Ninjini if I remember correctly) I used mine amazon.com account and credit card (master card) tied to this account. Everything went smoothly and without any problem, shipping was surprisingly fast, no sales taxes. In the end price was very close to the retail price in USA.
You can use your Visa/MasterCard and temporary link it to your amazon.com account, then use it for this purchase, then wait till it will be charged for this purchase and then you can remove it from your account if you don't want it to be linked to it.

Not saying that this isn't a problem to bring light to but if you want it, then why not wait until it hits the states? I know there is no official date but that doesn't mean it will never come. It may come in middle of January. I'd rather wait then make a headache for myself dealing with foreign sites.
