Where is Wave 2 [CLOSED]

I know that everyone has wave 2 and moved on to wave 3 but, WHERE THE HECK IS WAVE 2! I found it nowhere where I live so ether it's rare or I have bad lucksmilie

Just this past week my Walmart, Target, and Best Buy all got in big shipments of Wave 2 figures.

I'm in Wisconsin.

If you haven't already I would ask the store employees if they have more in the back room.

My Walmart only has wave 2. I'm dying to find Hoot Loop there and nothing! Then there are Hoot Loop at my closest Gamestop, but everytime I'm close to there, I haven't the money to buy him! I'm in MD. Probably the least talked-about state.
