Yeah, I had been wondering what he reminded me of - he looked very familiar. Hard to believe it wasn't at least an inspiration from that game. His lower half is like the bad guy from the terrible Will smith remake of Wild Wild West.

The top half bears a slight resemblance to the guy in my avatar, Dr. Nefarious Tropy (a popular villain from the Crash Bandicoot series).


But yeah, this Raz guy looks a lot like him.
