So I recently had the pop up offer for gems at $.99 appear in my game. I decided that for the low price I would go ahead and purchase a few gems to help me in the game. Its $1, I can forego a cup of coffee at Dunkin Donuts for a day. However on purchasing the gems, my screen went black closing the game after adding the gems to my account. I literally saw the total moving up on the screen and then darkness. Reloading the game shows the additional gems no longer attached in the account. It also seems that in the process, the game when it glitched, or myself in error, took the $.99 offer twice, as I have two charges to my credit card. Now I honestly do not mind the second charge, assuming I can get the total of 600 gems in my account. I have tried loading the game from both my phone and my tablet. With no addition of the gems. I don't know if the game is confused from the second (pending) charge, or if there is another issue why my gems vanished.
Has anyone else had this issue? I have dropped a note to Activision via the link with my Google Play receipt on what transpired. Anyone dealt with their mobile app customer service before? I'm curious if I'm going to be out two bucks or if I can get this resolved in a timely manner.

Meh... At least one of the charges has been credited back now. Still one charge and no gems. No reply yet from my email. |

I'd call, honestly. I haven't dealt with Lost Islands customer service specifically, but I called yesterday about an issue we have with one of the physical figures. They were very courteous and helpful, and the wait time was minimal.
(And, I have society anxiety which makes phone calls horrific for me, so for ME to say, just call them, trust me, it was a good experience!! lol) |

I might try and give it a call in a bit. I think (as of posting this) its still a bit early for them. Times I'm reading for the support are based on PST.

You could also send a PM to Advisor_Orville, i had the exact same problem as you have and he helped me pretty quick.
Mr. Orville is from the developer team from what i understood. |

If it doesnt get resolved here today, I'll drop him a PM. (Unless he signs on and see this here himself) It hasnt even been 24hrs, so I'm trying to give things the benefit of the doubt that it can get resolved on its own, or with minimal effort.
