Hey guys im getting Swap Force for Christmas and eventually going to get Magna Charge but im kinda torn if i should get regular Magna Charge or Nitro Magna Charge? is there really any difference other than appearance? Thanks

If I'm not mistaken, Nitro figures (Magna Charge and Freeze Blade) have a slight stat boost, like the other Alter Ego variants.

Nitro comes with Rattle Shake, and he's pretty fun too. Try to get it on sale or with a coupon plus Red Card if you can!

I believe like Matteomax said there is a slight stat boost, like with the Legendary Characters.

In the stat card nitro and normal magna charge are the same.. But need to check the figures in game.. If i am only getting one i will get magna charge slightly over nitro coz without the magna charge yellow magnet variant looks a little bit odd

I checked this a long while back, but I do recall *not* seeing a difference. Swap Force alter-egos tend to be exactly like their regular counterparts just with different colors. Oddly enough, Dark Slobber Tooth is the exception to the rule...

I would get Nitro with Free Ranger, as I think they are two of the best swappers out there. Both their bottoms are very effective at taking out the guys with shields or that spin.

Get Nitro, he is cooler looking, and get the pack with because he is just plain awsome.

Free Ranger is awesome, yes - but if you have a choice, go with Legendary Free Ranger. So get the Rattle Shake/Nitro pack at Target and the Legendary Free Ranger at TRU.

I'm torn about Nitro, anyway. I already picked up Legendary Free Ranger and expect to get QuickDraw Rattle Shake, so neither of the 2-pack choices interest me. I finally broke down and got the one with Rattle Shake, since my son keeps talking about wanting him (so having toe different ones wouldn't be so bad), but ended up taking it back because I overspent a bit. I haven't seen them in stores since, but I'm really not sure I want to spend that much for just one figure, since I really don't need either of the other 2.

You could always just re-sell the one you don't want to recoup some costs.

I dont buy legendarys just the regulars and in occasional lightcore if i like it better the original i dont see the value in getting multiple figures of the same character. Since there are so many to begin with i can only buy one character at a time usually since im on a strict budget im trying to get the best value out of my money. If i could i would get all the other variants too *sigh* oh well thanks for everyones help i appreciate it im hoping for some gift cards for christmas so i can get more figs more than just one at a time i just got the starter pack waiting till christmas to play *very hard* haha and i have countdown and rollerbrawl so far. Wish me luck

I'm the same way. I can't afford much, so I only get 1 of each, but if I can get the variant, I normally get it instead of the regular.
