This is Fangirly, though you all know me as Queen_Cynder. It's been 5000000 years since I last went by that name though omfg. If you don't know me or something I doubt this message will have much meaning to you///

Anyway, it's been, like, a year since I last logged on, and even longer since I was last really active, so I dunno if anyone remembers me or anything, but I wanted to log on for what will most likely be my last time and just say thank you!

I joined darkSpyro when I was, uh... 10 I think. I lived in Alaska at the time, and I was totally alone (there was basically no one my age), and really the only friends I had were on the internet - here, on darkSpyro. I made a ton of really great friends who, sadly, I've sort of lost touch with, but I still remember them and am so, so thankful for having them! Especially because back then, I was really, really annoying, and I can't believe anyone here put up with me//// OTL

Anyway, it was also around that time that I first started to get symptoms of anxiety, which I am, uh, "diagnosed" with, I suppose, and this site was also just a really nice way to distract myself and have fun and stuff!! Anxiety's had a big effect on my life and... I dunno, things like this are really really appreciated// I ended up getting a Tumblr and deviantART, which was really what ended up taking my time here, as well as starting middle and then high school.

I'm fifteen now, and I cant BELIEVE how much older I've gotten physically and mentally since I joined this site, but I still think of it as one of my greatest internet experiences ever. I made so many friends and it was the only time in Alaska that I wasn't alone. I remember the time the troll GaryOak joined and caused a ton of commotion, and I remember when the site's theme changed (I still have it set to the old theme though haha), and I remember the HUGE UPROAR when Skylanders was announced. Also, I discovered Friendship is Magic, Happy Tree Friends, and roleplaying through this site omg.

So, thanks! Thanks for the memories and the fun and the friendship and everything! If you want to talk, I'd be insanely happy to have a conversation with any of you!
