Okay, I know some people have asked this already, but I'd really like it if they could be a maximum sixe of 40 kb or 30 kb, since whenever I take a png image and make it jpg, the quality sucks. Any possible way to make it at least 25 kb, if not more?

Yeah. Really, I have to lower down the quality of my avatar for here down a lot. Maybe 30-40 KB, also if we can have 110x110 sized avatars? |

The size of them I've never had a problem with, I just use MS paint to make it smaller, but the file size is what really gets me

Use sites like Imageshack to resize your images. That's how I resized my current avatar.

It's the file size, NOT the actual size of the pics.

Oh. You can try compressing your files, although it'll only remove file size on the disk.

Yeah, but compressing them screws up the quality

External linking makes a file smaller for some reason. Last I checked, we couldn't do that, which sucks.

I DEFINITELY prefer linking from other sites. That way, we don't have to follow the restrictions of uploading.

Going from BMP to JPEG seems to wark fine, any other converion seems to mess up the image.
Saving an image as JPEG and watching it deterierate while holding down Ctrl + S is fun though.
