For the time travelers:

Do you know if "Gorm and TuK" will be in sale with discount today dark friday or the weekend (before the end of the mission that gives the shrine gift) ???

I don't time travel myself, but in another thread, I read someone saying they will not be on sale before the mission expires.

I figure that, especially since life is not the element of the day, there is no harm in waiting until the last minute, just in case there is an unexpected update that does put them on sale. Not that I ever really expect an update will be released on a Sunday, but gems are more precious to me than the gold Gorm and Tuk will generate, so I'm happy to wait, just in case.

The bad news is that tomorrow is element life and I would took advantage of the stones. But if I buy it and after then put in sale, I throw my hair (it costs too much earning gems).
I have already completed the mission, except buying G & T, so I'll wait to the last minute.

As a kind of rule of thumb, no companions, houses or skylanders required for timed missions will ever go on sale before that mission ends. It usually happens a week-2 weeks after it the timed mission.

That seems to be the trend with most new introductions lately. Next week we'll probably get a timed quest for the bird house.

And that's why I'll probably waste 200 gems on one today.

I'm thinking that I'm not going to buy G & T, I'll wait they put it on sale ( I hope they cost 200 gems...).
I know that I lose the shrine, but as it is a life element, it isn`t the most important to me (never crop when the element is life). I still lack a life shrine (I have only 2), but at least I will have a decent gift for throwing stones to the wishing well (and I'm a little sick of fisheries and taverns).
Although I think G&T are a good investment, I'll keep the gems for the new alter-ego's home.

I think you made the right choice.

When in doubt, always choose the item that generates gems. That will help you gather gems faster to get the other items you want.
