Chapter One: Docia’s Memory
I lay on the soft summer grass, thinking about what used to be. It was nice out, the sun was shining and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. As usual, I was laying underneath a tree thinking about Lynx. He was always on my mind and he never truly left. In the back of my mind, I knew he would never return to how he was, there was something corrupted about him and I didn’t even know what it was. Someday I would figure out how to save him from this dark spell that had been cast upon him, but my last glimmer of hope was slowly fading away, like a rock slowly withering away.

“W-who are you? P-please, don’t hurt me,” the small creature said, “I don’t have any food.”
“I won’t hurt ya! My name is Lynx, what’s yours?”, the yellow Shinx said.
“My name is Docia, are you going to hurt me Lynx?”, the tiny dinosaur said.
“What?! I’d never hurt such a cute Amaura! Why would you even think that?!”, Lynx questioned.
“My mother and father both hurt me… I just find it difficult to trust anybody,” Docia replied, “they both abandoned me last year, I’ve been living in these woods for awhile now.”
“You can trust me! I’d never do anything in the world to hurt you,” the scruffy Shinx continued, “I think we’ll be friends pretty quickly!”
“T-thanks...friend,” the scared Amarua said, “thanks alot.”

That’s when I woke up from my dream to the sound of the raindrops hitting my head. It was only a dream, Lynx wasn’t her friend anymore. He had turned to the dark side of the world and became an assassin and a third, breaking his promise to never hurt me. He was sweet, gentle, and kind, but all of that had faded to ash. Nothing was left in my world, no parents, no friends, no Lynx.

quite interesting but I don't think many people know much about whatever your story came from so you may want to tell us more about your caracters and such.

Oh ok, thank you. I'll just say it flat in case it is confusing:
Docia is an Amaura
Lynx is a Shinx
they were friends since they were seven, but one day Lynx turned Evil. Docia has no idea why and is trying to get him back like that.

ah thanks, but what exactly are Shinxes and Amauras? my only guess is that they are from some series that I don't know. anyway this may be one great story.
