Who depicts genders of users on here by avatar?

And who depicts them by usernames?

I believe many of us do from the last time this was asked.
But there's newer users so that might be dying out or it's probably still the same.

I must say, I find myself judging that by Avatar most of the time. Much to my dismay.

I tend to assume by avatar, but I don't finalize it in my head until I know for sure.
I often check the users guestbook in case it's there.

Username is usually the first for me. If they have a gender-neutral name, I automatically assume male because I (probably stereotypically) believe guys are more likely to use anonymous forums like these. *shrug*

I sometimes judge by avatar but then if I cant tell by that their user name and if not that I assume they are genderless until they tell me.

I stopped thinking of users' genders by their avatars when a good portion of dS users started using My Little Pony- themed ones.

Nowadays I just look at their Guestbooks.
