Hi, sorry if this has been asked before but I'm having trouble loading my game.

I broke my iPod Touch and tried logging into my game on an iPad. However when I log into my game has reset back to level 1 and I am presented with one of two different error messages; Load Error 12 and Load Error 14. Load Error 14 says the development team has been notified but it's been nearly two weeks now and I'm worried I've lost my game, mostly because I have spent money on the app. I was wondering if anyone else has recovered from these errors.

I've tried closing the app in the background, deleting and re-installing the app and making sure the iPad is up to date but nothing has solved the problem.

My Activate username is StarDragon.

I had the same thing happen with the error messages, I contacted activate to solve the problem, all was solved all though it took a month to get my game back then lost it again for a week but all is fine now.

Was there any particular website that you contacted Activate on? I have also posted the problem on the official Activision Lost Islands forum but I'm not sure if I'll get a reply.

Sorry to bump, I've just logged in and my game has come back! I'm back to level 35 (I was level 36) and my Swap Skylanders are missing but luckily my premium items (like the dragons lair) are still there and I'll simply put the missing Skylanders back in with my iOS portal. I'll close the topic now.
