People My dad says if i pre-order it and when u get it how do you no it will work? or wat if u get the game and u look in the case and guess wat theres no disc.

Well it should still be factory sealed if it's brand new. And by holding or jiggling it you should be able to tell if a disk is in it (they tend to rattle a bit) Keep your receipt if you buy it in a store if it doesn't work. Or you can buy some disk skip fixer that Gamestop usually sells, it works pretty good on scratched. I bought TEN used and it froze constantly but the fixer made it work perfectly.
