Hi guys, newbie to the forum here. Also new to friends on the game so shoot me a friend invite. I like checking out everyone's setup, except for you messy unorganized people lol ;-)
I just got Kingdom Level 40 yesterday and I'm wondering if this will be the end or if anyone has some insight if they will keep this pace going. I've been playing this game since the beginning and I like that they keep rolling out new stuff to keep it entertaining. If the cap isn't raised by the time I get all my guys to 15 I may retire.
Once you get level 40, the game gives you a one time offer of $ 2.99 to purchase a Skylander not yet available. I accidentally missclicked off the screen before I could remember his name and the offer was gone. Oops. Anyways, just wanted to let you guys know.

I think I got this offer at level 39 too. I had all my guys to level 12 and had spun (for 5mm gold per) for all but two of the remaining pre-swap force skylanders when they raised the cap and added swap force. I guess that's just about hitting the timing perfectly for me.

They seem to be doing well to keep the game updated. They add a new update every week which could add a new companion or even a new Skylander that was previously unavailable (or, at least, to those without a portal). I wasn't there, yet, but when a lot of people were talking about being maxed out on Skylanders & kingdom level, it wasn't too long before they updated to level 15 Skylanders and level 40 kingdom level. For some, it may have been months, but still not that long. Plus there are always new things to get. To me, the fun part is trying to get all the Skylanders. Being that we won't be able to afford to buy too many Skylanders from Swap Force, I'll be relying on winning them in game. Plus there are the alter egos every month. And if you get desperate, you can always try saving up your gems for the expensive companions.
With all that said, apparently when you get Skylanders to level 15, you get a new adventure that gives hero points. So it looks like they're already planning ahead for future level expansions. |
