November Alter Ego Not Showing Up in Wishing Well [CLOSED]

I still have not recieved a new alter ego for November in my wishing well. It is still saying "owned" refering to Sketetal Cynder. Is anyone else having this problem?

double check your date, make sure it's up to date..
