Click Settings and scroll to the bottom. You can choose from the gallery, or upload a 100x100 image.

Under your settings (there's a link in the top right corner under the logout command), scroll all the way down to the "Other" section. There should be a command for "Upload New Avatar." Hit the Browse button and find the avatar you want from your computer files. Then go to the bottom of the page and hit Submit. If there's a problem the site will tell you.
