gamestop didn't e-mail me [CLOSED]

So for the Skylanders Adventure club, they're supposed to e-mail me after I buy the 6th figure but they didn't. I bought, Popthorn, Hoot Loop, Magna Charge, Fire Kraken, Grilla Drilla and Riptide. So they should all count. What should I do? I don't have the receipts anymore either.

Mine took about a week to show up. Log in to your PowerUp Rewards account and check under your Active Offers.

As Aqua said, it should show up. It's not instantaneous. If not, then you can all the hotline from your swapforce card, they can see your purchases and will get you squared away.
