I have not been receiving my 5 wish stones.
Is anyone else having the same issue?

Yes. You still get one gem at level 13 and another one at level 14. I don't have anyone at level 15 yet.

Mine says I got the stones, but I didn't think to check the actual numbers before and after.

I finally leveled my first guy up to level 13, and after reading this thread I made sure to check my wishing stones before and after he leveled. I DID NOT receive the wishing stones. It said I did in the box that pops up when one levels up, but my wishing stone numbers were exactly the same when I checked in the actual wishing well. That is disappointing.

It says that I'm receiving 5 wish stones, but they are not adding to my total at the well.

I don't think they're adding to my total either. Hopefully Advisor Orville sees this and reports the bug.

They definitely aren't. I've had a few Skylanders reach level 13, but didn't pay attention. Mostly, I wasn't keeping up with how many wish stones I had before a Skylander would level up. I saw this thread and noticed I had a Skylander close to leveling up, so I kept checking my wish stone count before I would "retrieve" them from an adventure. When the Skylander leveled up to 13, it showed a reward of 5 wishstones, but my wish stone count didn't go up. So it's definitely not working.

I have 13 level 13 skylanders. I have gotten the gems, but only 15 wish stones. It worked on the first 3, after that, nothing.

I just leveled Gnarly Tree Rex up to 13, and I did get the 3 wish stones.
