Load Error 12 + Load Error 14 - How to fix? [CLOSED]

My game started crashing last friday night and i was no able to play. I deleted the app on my Ipad and reinstalled with last version from the appstore, now i get the message "Load Error 12" or "Load Error 14". It looks like the game is not able to download my activision cloud-save. Any idea what should i do, the monday update (Version 1.7) has not solve the problem...

Before the crash i was on level 39 (over 50 skylanders, over 500 gems, approx 1.5 millions energy and over 70 millions coins)

iOS Device/ Version-> iPad 2/ iOS 7.0.
Activate-Name -> boy1980hh
Real Money -> yes (something between 10 and 20 Euro's)
