Free Ranger and Grim Creeper only came out at lunch at TRU right? Legendary Night Shift and Legendary Zoo Lou come out later?

Correct, since Night Shift is in wave 2, I'm wondering if they'll have L Night Shift around the same time. That was the way they did it in SG, when L LC Chill came out, LC Chill was available shortly afterward.

If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say we will get another Legendary for Black Friday. Given that by that time we will have had both remaining out in regular form, it could be either one, although I personally would guess Zoo Lou and leave the other Swapper for around February, if they follow their previous pattern.
