Walmart was last on my list; I've been running all over for two hours nowTRU, Gamestop, breakfast, then Target. Got to Walmart and there is no SF at all--NOTHING. It's 10:30 here, the store has been open for hours!

I thought maybe they had sold out, though I found it suspicious that they didn't have a single Swap Force item out on the floor. I talked to an assistant manager and he said "we haven't made room yet!" I told him I would wait while he got some help to pull it out, but he has been wandering around the department aimlessly for almost 20 minutes now--WTF?

Sounds like my Walmart. Some of the people are nice but man they are so incompetent. This is why I try not to go there and order from them online if I can.

They never have the newly released items. I remember trying to get the special Molten Hot Dog bag that was out this past spring I had to go every day, over and over until I finally spotted a box behind the counter that had them. The clerk was like 'oh that's what you were looking for'... and they only had 2, so if I hadn't gone each day, I never would have gotten it.

Good luck with them, I hope he lights a fire and gets moving.

Walmart sucks!!! I went to a 24 hour one last night at 1 am, and they didn't have anything out. I talked to the manager and he reluctantly looked up the information in his scanner and then reluctantly found the palette and brought it out. All it had was the game systems and some of the figures. No Enchanted Hoot Loops were to be found. I didn't even bother to ask him to look for rest of the stuff for fear of being shot. I woke up this morning to go to another Walmart at 6 am, and of course, once again, nothing was put out, and the manager said something about not being able to put anything out until the vendor got there, which I have no idea what he meant. I gave up and went home, then called a 3rd Walmart and they said they had Enchanted Hoot Loop and all the characters out. When I got there, the selection they had was tiny, and of course, no Hoot Loop was anywhere to be found. I went to the guy at the register, who happened to be very nice (a rarity at Walmart), and he talked to his manager who looked for the Enchanted Hoot Loops and located them. There were a couple other people there looking for the same thing, so we all left with what we wanted. Funny thing is, as I was paying for my figure, the nice guy that helped me and I started having a conversation about Walmart, since I had mentioned how crappy the service was at the other 2. He totally agreed, and said he thinks Walmart sucks because their customer service is horrible and they're going down the tubes. He said Target is way better. I went to the midnight release at Toys R Us, and they were absolutely awesome. Had tons of all the figures and all the employees were extremely helpful, and were actually helping me find characters while I was there. In the end, I got everything my boys want for x-mas, but I still hate Walmart.

We hit ToysRus first at 8:00 AM, then Wal-Mart. Had to explain what we were looking for to a girl that was stocking the shelves at Wal MArt because we didn't see EHL. She said she had a couple more boxes left, then while she was going back to get them I called my other Wal Mart and they said "no sorry we only have the regular one". Our stock girl came out and I noticed she had a name tag that said "vendor" on it, but it looked like a wal mart employee shirt. Then she opened a fresh case of EHL and we got ours. I told her the Wal Mart in Palm Coast said they didn't have any, and she said "Oh, the Palm Coast Wal Mart?.....that's because they are idiots up there and they can never stock anything Skylanders related properly, I'm actually going up there next."

Any confirmed in person sightings of the Magic 3 pack? I don't want to open the super gulp pop fizz and the mega ram spyro singles I got yet because I would rather save money with the three pack-- which also has the non-LC Star Strike.

But I also have MUCH better things to do than go from Walmart to Walmart today--like go to at least the late service at church or I don't know, actually play my new game. . . .

I didn't see the magic 3 pack at any of the walmarts I went to.

I went to a Wal-Mart at 130am and there wasn't any SF out there either. Nor, was there any space cleared for it. I imagine that Wal-Mart wasn't prepared later in the morning. The lady working had no idea about SF and I didn't waste time asking her to check the back. I went to another one at 630am and it was fully stocked.

I guess it's hit or miss just like GS you may get someone who knows what they are doing and then some that just don't care and are there to collect a paycheck. You show them the threads going on here about people finding them in stores and they just don't seem to care. I know they have them in back and they know that they don't want to go back and look.

Wow, that sucks. My Walmart was right on top of it. I asked whether or not they were going to put them out on the shelves, and they simply told me that they were keeping them behind the counter for the time being. The girl was very nice and had all the boxes open before Midnight and simply pulled out one of everything for me.

This will not be out until 11/15 as I recall. It contains a Wave 2 figure, regular Star Strike. Likewise, the Walmart Mega Bundle will not be out until then as well since it contains that 3 pack.

And yeah, Walmarts are a mess. "Walmart" and "Screwup" go together like peanut butter and jelly. They don't pay or treat the employees well enough to really care unless they are personally interested in Skylanders. You pay minimum wage you get minimum effort.

My Walmart had nothing out at 9AM, I had to have the associate wheel the cart out and had to hunt through all of the boxes for EHL.

I also had to fight Gamestop to get the $10 off coupon applied. Target had a small handful of Nitros and I was amazed at how much space Skylanders had at Toys R Us.

My Walmart had nothing out too, the guy had to go look through the pallet in the back to find Enchanted Hoot Loop.

I gave up on my local Walmart (South Philadelphia) a long time ago. They are a total mess. I go to the one in Deptford, NJ. They are much better.

Went around 1:00AM and they were just starting to get things out. The lady was very accommodating and was nice enough to dig through a bunch of boxes to find an Enchanted Hoot Loop for me and one other guy who was looking for the same.

Have to say... Went to Toys R Us, Walmart, Target and GameStop and everything went well. Only hiccup was at GameStop when it came to LC Hex not ringing up properly, but wasn't anything beyond a few extra minute wait. This is my first launch for Skylanders and it was quite impressive.

I went to Walmart afterI bought everything on my list except store exclusive at TRU. Nothing out on shelves. They were all in boxes next to the register unopened. I asked about EHL as it was all I cared about there and the guy actually told me that because of scalpers the company decided not to ship them on release date. Although I knew it wasn't true I asked him if it was the same for the other Walmart 7 miles away. He said "everyone was held back". I don't know if he was insinuating that I was a scalper but I assured him that I was only looking for one of them. Still no help whatsoever. I went home empty handed then. I decided to stop back in on the way through to Target this morning to see if they did get any. I had to ask, but the single box of them that they got was indeed found. It is amazing what a little effort can accomplish. So for me Walmart was a horrible experience. Followed by Gamestop who still didn't have their $10 coupon issue in order, they never offered me to be part of the Adventure Club nor did they give me the free poster given to the first 25 people (even though I was 2nd in line). I met some crazy nice people though standing in line waiting.

First Walmart had removed all of giants and sea on Friday while I was there they but out a few things, they had no clue abt who. Called Walmart by home, had one and asked to hold, got there and gave to son. Went to one other Walmart south of home found 12 of them and barely anything looked touched...I didn't buy 12, just the last 3 I needed and left. Son, wife, brother and I were happy. Target got nitro and left, they had a good deal of them. Bought 3 of each, not sure which I plan to keep just yet.

My Walmart had plenty of stock.... except all the Enchanted Hoot Loops were sent to a single Walmart in the area and they didn't get a single starter pack.

Checked my walmart at just before 5am and they had nothing.... disappointed greatly. Staff in area looked like they were proud or something. Avoided it all day, success at TRU and GS. So after a long day my kids convinced me to come back... and yes there was Enchanted Hoot Loop, but they did not get bulk of my money. Also they did not have Pumpkin Fright Rider Chip Packs.

My Walmart had no stock! Not one box but all the art up!

The WalMart I went to did not have Enchanted Hoot Loop. I'll need to check the local one the next time I'm there.

I went to my local wall mart and they didn't have a single swap force item out yet, turned out the person who was superposed to bring it out didn't. It's ok now though I got one of the employees to go back there and get me a Enchanted hoot loop

Wal Mart isn't a good place for figure exclusives.

Only took three Walmarts for us to find EHL and did so at 6PM last night.

I always make my son ask the employees what he is looking for and boy did I learn a lesson yesterday. He's 10 and asked an employee at each of the first two Walmarts, "Can youplease tell me where your Skylanders Swap Force characters are?" BOTH employees said (as if it were provided to them as a script), "Did you see any over where the other ones are? If not, we dont got any."

Wow.

It's all wrong...they must've said "we ain't got none."

We went to our fav Walmart and found the standard cardboard S:SF display that I am sure that all of you found as well. Looked thru it and found all of the non-LC figures in general release, but NO LC figs. Hmmm... looked around electronics, no more figs. Asked the WM drones about LC figs, "This is all that we have" was the response. "Some stores got different figs than others." Wot?!? So we bought the ones there that we wanted and moved on to a different WM. Again, NO LC figs in the cardboard display. Hmmm... Looked around the electronics area again and this time all of the LC figs were in the S:G section on the pegs. Not really sure what that was about. All LC releases were there but one. Grabbed those and moved on to Target and found the last one as well as Target excl.

WM seemed to be really hit or miss yesterday.

Check in the toys section, I know walmarts been throwing stuff there for skylanders. I found some swap force there in mine and giants in past months.

I can just see the glares of Hell coming from the customers. Like there is a REAL difference between adult games and children games. Lol

None of the Walmarts in my area had more than the starters and a box of singles and swappers out for the launch as well as the morning after. To top it all off? No Enchanted Hoot Loops to be found in the store, stock computer, etc. Now I'm glad I preordered him via their website. Other than for exclusives, I'm just done with Walmart this time around.

My Walmart isn't like that at all. They had the shelves cleared from SG and loaded with SSF in a couple hours. Couldn't find any normal Hoot Loop, only Enchanted though.

WOT is walmart.com doing?!? First the magic 3-pack was gonna ship in NOV, then OCT 15th, now NOV again. Guys - MAKE UP YOUR MINDS! Sheesh.

My Walmart still has nothing out as of today.

Same here in Dallas. I've gone 3 different times to check and asking is useless, employees won't help. I am thinking of just buying online.

I have 2 Walmarts nearby and the one that is 5 minutes away has a very small amount of SF laying on the Giants Starter kits (Just Singles). No SF Starter, 3-Packs, Adv/Battle Pack. That Walmart sucks...


As for the other store, it is 30 minutes away and had the same amount that Game Stop carries, not as much as TRU but decent.

I hit a walmart on my travels today and they had about 9 lightcore hexes in 2 areas. Went to the register and the item was "restricted" to purchase. The employee bypassed the system and asked me what I thought the price was. I said $10.96, the peg price, and walked happily away with it. Grabbed an Enchanted Hoop Loop even though I haven't decided to get swap force yet:-)

Hex isn't 'supposed' to be available at Walmart until Sunday. This is supposed to give the preorder ppl a chance to pick up their Hex and game. But I think if you haven't gotten it by now...you're prob not planning on it.
