The forest is alive with wolves, but these aren't normal wolves. These are shifters, also known as werewolves. Not the kind who turn evil on the full moon and kill everyone, but the ones who live in packs and share thoughts. There are two packs, the Forest pack and the Shadow pack, both have been at war for centuries. There are also the rogues, small in number, but still a deadly risk. Which side will you join?

History: Aurora grew up in the forest pack from birth, and was surrounded by battles. She lost her mother at the age of 5, and this drove her father insane, because he lost his mate. Since this tragedy, Aurora has trained to be one of the best fighters in the pack, so that she doesn't suffer the same fate.

The blade whistled past Aurora's opponent's ear, as he dodged her attack. "You're getting better, but remember, your enemy will try to avoid your attack, so you need to plan before moving, rash decisions will get you nowhere." Her trainer explained before walking out. She had been training all day, with slight improvements in the area of throwing knives. She shifted into a wolf and decided to go for a hunt.

History: She cant remember alot from when she was younger. Her parents were killed by hunters, she raised herself in the woods as a wolf and was addopted by a human family when she was found wandering alone in the woods when she was 7. She comes and goes from their house when she wants and they dont ask questions.
Skills: Very good at figuring people out. Good at fighting to survive in all conditions. Hearing, sight. Very Fast.
Weapons:Scratches when in a fight but her best weapons are her teeth long and sharp like blades that can slice through anything. She made herself a metal hand with long sharp claws that slice through anything, she can wear it as a human and wolf.

Maria was running in the forest not knowing were to go. "Where to go?"

The blade whistled past Aurora's opponent's ear, as he dodged her attack. "You're getting better, but remember, your enemy will try to avoid your attack, so you need to plan before moving, rash decisions will get you nowhere." Her trainer explained before walking out. She had been training all day, with slight improvements in the area of throwing knives. She shifted into a wolf and decided to go for a hunt.

After loping through the forest for an hour, Aurora spotted a deer. She snuck up on it and took a lunge, biting the neck and effectively killing it with a single blow. She was feeling pleased of herself, until she took a look around and found herself in the territory of the shadow pack. After grabbing her kill, she ran as fast as she could, back to the pack village, where she shifted and took the dead deer into the butcher.

Flare hummed to herself while picking berries from a bush. "Krey! Come and take these to the nest please!" She called to a raven sitting on a branch. After Krey had taken the berries Flare bounced around enjoying the wind in her untamed hair until she spotted a shiny object below a tree. When Flare drew close the the object it started to move around in what looked like a panic, Flare could now see what the shiny object was. It was a rabbit with metal stuck around its neck and legs, making escape impossible fr the small creature "those mean Packs and they're metals!" grunts Flare picking up the rabbit and using a knife started to cut away the metal.

After handing in the deer, Aurora went out again, this time to check the traps. She followed the line, collecting a couple of bunnies whenever she found them, and released a fox she had also found trapped, but one trap confused her. The trap was closed, with blood, but there was no prey. She could smell the rabbit, so it had been there, but there was no sign of the creature which had escaped, or the creature who had let it go.
"Alpha, I think we have a rogue on our land, I found a rabbit trap, but no rabbit in it, there was rabbit blood, fur and scent all over the trap."
Aurora sent a message to the alpha through the mind link.

Maria saw Flare. "Hello." she said. Maria is in wolf form.

Tara sat under her favourite tree in the tree grove. It was nice, quiet, peaceful and best of all she was alone with nature and nobody else to interupt her. She rested her head back down on her paws and fell into a heavy dreamless sleep falling down down down in a deep black never ending casim.

History: Draco is the son of the alpha of the shadow pack, he has grown up being groomed to be the next alpha, but he goes for a run sometimes just to get away from everything, although he has no care for pack boundaries.

IC(in character): Aurora had been out all day, running through the forest and enjoying the temporary peace, until she heard a snap of twigs behind her. Turning around, she saw a white wolf with flecks of grey throughout his fur. Her instincts told her that this wasn't an ordinary wolf, it was a shifter. He was from shadow pack, this much she could tell, but Aurora had no idea what he was doing on the forest pack's territory. "Shift, now!" She growled at him. The white wolf just growled back. "Do you want to fight this out, little one?" He asked in a mocking tone. At this, Aurora just snapped. All her life she had been called little one as an insult due to her size, and after she nearly killed another pack member the insult had stopped, or so she thought. She lunged at this strange wolf, shifting into a human and pulling out her daggers at the same time. She rolled underneath him and made a slicing motion, but he was too quick and jumped out of the way. Aurora managed to nick him though, and he winced slightly in pain. "Fine, fine, you win, little miss fiesty, I'll get off your territory, but this isn't the last you will see of me, just a slight warning." With that, he ran away, back to the place he had come from, the shadow pack territory. Aurora just felt confused, he hadn't given her a name, or a reason, yet he said he was back? And no wolf gave up just because of a little scratch if they were serious about a fight. She just shook her head in confusion and headed back to the pack camp and hung with her friends.

History: Darkstar was only ten when he was playing in his yard. A wolf attacked him and he was sent to the ER. After that, he forgot about it but on his thirteenth birthday, he changed.

Tara's ear twitched. She'd thought she heard someone having a scrap in the bush. Not unusal for her with the two tribes living right next to each other but it was weird because it sounded rather close. Nobody usually wander out so far. Tara got up with a stretch of her back legs. She stood listening for a while trying to gage just how close the mysterious sound was, but it had all but gone silent now. Strange. She thought it best to retreat back to the shadow packs land before she got herself into more trouble than she was willing to take on right now. She ran slowly through the woods taking in the lovely smells of oak trees and various other lovely smells. Just as she reached the shadow packs land she hit something, falling over them to land right on her face. "What the hell!" She yelled as she straighted her self up to a protective stance infront of... oh god no she thought to herself. It was Draco the shadow packs next alpha. Of course she had to run into him, can this day get any better, she thought sarcastically to herself. "Ah.. Draco I'm so sorry I-I didn't see you. S-So sorry." She sat down with her face to the ground in a pleading way to say don't hurt me. She didn't know why but he was just so intimedating to her. Actually most people higher up in the pack were. She could only hope he would not tell the alpha what happened here today. She didn't need to be kicked out of another pack.

Sure, you can join, and the position of leader is open, but just remember, don't be too nice Shadow pack is the most feared pack usually, and with good reason. I'm counting on you!

Draco was just heading back to camp when he saw a younger wolf from his pack on the border. She appeared to be unfocused, so he on purposely stood directly in front of her. She crashed into him and began to apologize profusely. He guessed that she had been doing more than just wandering around to apologize that much. "What were you doing so close to the border, Tara?" He asked, thankful that her name had come to mind just in time, otherwise he wouldn't sound nearly as intimidating if he forgot her name! She appeared to be quite scared, and Draco couldn't stop thinking of how fun she would be to play with a bit.

Aurora had just been hanging with her friends for most of the day and she needed a break, but before she could go to sleep, the alpha messaged her through the mind link. "Aurora, I need someone to scout out the land of the shadow pack again, I have been lead to believe that they are doing the same, especially after your encounter with one earlier." She groaned in frustration before replying. "Really, alpha? All I want to do is sleep. Send someone else." Suddenly his tone changed into the alpha's all commanding tone, "Aurora, now. I don't want to send the less experienced wolves to do the job of a professional scouter, and we all know you can do that the best. You have until 6:00 am to leave, there, you can still sleep." Aurora glanced at her watch and saw that it was getting late, 6:30 pm. 'I better get some sleep now, both my human form and wolf form are tired, this better be long enough.' She thought to herself, before lying down on the bed and falling asleep instantly.

Tara stood now less intimidated by the playful tone in his voice. "I was just having a a nice wander when I heard some strange fighting voices so I though it best to head back to camp. By the way how do you know my name? Its not like I've been here long and people don't seem to notice me anyway". She asked questioningly getting her confidence back again.

OOC: OK but where do I start lol

Draco had mostly memorized the names of every shifter in the pack, so that when he became alpha everyone would respect him, since he respected them. "I learn names fast, as soon as you joined I learnt your name. Just like every other new member." He gave her a smug look. "Hey, I just want to remind you in all seriousness though, please keep your head in the game, especially this close to the border. If a forest pack patrol came past, you would be dead meat. Its for your safety I say this." He reminded Tara. This brought his mind back to that feisty female he had seen earlier, the one who had slashed him. The cuts had already healed, but it had been such an unusual move, he just didn't know what to think. "Hey Tara, when you get back to the pack village, can you please tell my father that I have a new move to teach the fighters?" He asked kindly. Tara seemed more confident than before, and wasn't such easy prey as before, so he decided to respect her.

Aurora woke up at exactly 5:30 am. She ate breakfast and sat around reading for 10 minutes before starting the journey through the shadow pack's border. Once she was out the door, she straight away shifted, and padded silently through the camp. Once out, she began to run through the forest, enjoying the feeling of wind through her fur. As the borders got closer she slowed her pace and crept along. Not far ahead, Aurora encountered her first patrol. She shifted and hid in the high branches of a tree until the patrol had passed, although one of them looked quite alert, and kept looking up, Aurora thought she was safe. Once they were out of sight she dropped down and shifted again. So far it had been easy, she had dealt with a lot worse, but these wolves would kill a forest pack wolf on sight, with no warning, so she had to keep all senses alert.

"Yea. Whatever I know the dangers of the boarder" She said rolling her eyes, she didn't need to be lectured and worst of all she didn't need to be treated like a mail man being told to deliver messages to his father. She huffed then rolled her eyes again. "And fine I'll deliver your message to your father but only this time don't expect me to do it again" She began to walk away. Arrh he was just so infuriating. Then again any authority figure to her was.

Draco began to sense the frustration of the younger wolf. "Keep your emotions under control, Tara, and yes, I will ask you again, because I'm almost an alpha, and you're nothing but a pack member, do you want to be punished for talking to me like that?" He threatened her, serious now. She had no right to treat him like that, he was the boss here. "Oh, and another thing, I'm now going to make a rule against eye rolling. The punishment is to spend a night in the dungeons, since it is a sign of extreme disrespect, can you also mention that to my father? Thanks pup." Draco smirked, using the nickname pup as an insult, but he said it in his most impressive voice, trying to confuse the young girl right in front of him.

Aurora was as far into the territory as she would get for the day. After settling down in a tree, she began to relax and read a book. Just as she was getting comfortable, there was a snap below her. She looked down and noticed a whole patrol below her, settling down there for the night. "****." she mumbled to herself, and tried to stay as still as possible.

Tara's face flushed with anger, but she did not turn to let Draco see. He was just another power hungry wolf with an attitude that said both charming and ***hole at the same time. She'd had enough of wolves for one day. She ran off not looking back. No way was she going to give his father the message. She was a wolf not an owl or pigeon she was mean't to deliver messages for her life. Instead she ran to the edge of the woods and then transformed into her human form. Two legs. That feels much better. No tail. She decided to walk home and lock herself in her room for awhile, away from the politics and people socializing around her.

Draco shook his head. There was no way the little brat was going to tell his father anything. She would need to be reprimanded sooner or later. "Hey dad, I need some things sorted. Can you please make it forbidden to roll your eyes at someone higher in position than you? It is extremely annoying. I also just had the newer wolf, Tara, completely disobey me and disrespect me in a row, after not paying attention near the borders. That needs fixing. Also, I need to teach the fighters a new move." Draco mind linked his father, talking with complete comfort, not like the other pack members. He lay down and waited for a reply. "Not now, Draco, I'm busy. A forest pack wolf was spotted on our territory, and we are having trouble getting her out of a tree." He sounded very frustrated, so Draco left him to get the filth down, before realizing that this might be fun to watch, and that he might actually be useful for once.


Aurora had been so close to safety, but at the last minute, she had shaken a branch down while trying to change trees. It wouldn't have been a problem, if it hadn't hit a patrol member on the head. He looked up to see the problem and spotted her there. She cursed under her breath and prepared to fight, from a tree. Every time a human got close to her, she would just kick them back down. After a while she noticed the alpha had arrived, along with the white wolf from before. "Oh great, you again, and now I'm in the wrong!" She yelled out to him, and he just smirked before shifting.

Startled Flare grabs a vine and swings away from the unknown wolf "that was a close call!" she gasped swinging from vine to vine, eventually calming down "Krey!" she calls sitting in a tree awaiting the raven to come to her call, after a little while Krey zoomed past a tree and landed in front of Flare. "Hey Krey, could you make sure that wolf didn't follow me? And if it did, can you throw it off my tail?" she asks petting the black bird head, Krey nodded and flew off in a flash "meet you at The Great Oak!" she calls and bounds away before any other wolf spots her. She disappeared into almost thin air, no tracking possible. She was just, gone.

Tara lay on her bed reading the Novel 'Switched' ,if only she could disappear into the books she read, she thought to herself. Life would be a lot better in there world than hers. Although disappearing into a book with more 'Mythical creatures' as normal people called them wouldn't be much better. All she wanted was to be normal is that to much for me to ask?
