Help !! Any ideas ?

Game is now reset to start, can't seem to get a cloud restore option. When I logged out I went to a save on the ipad from months ago with 35 skylanders and not all of them that I had this morning ?

Advisor Orville if you read this would very much appreciate some help

Ps, if anyone has me as a friend can you see what my islands look like please . Hopefully lv 37 or 38 and not lv 2

Mine came back after about a day. Gave me a cloud vs. device choice. But I made sure not to cloud save.

I fear the restarted game has overwritten the old cloud save as I am sure I saw a save to cloud as it restarted

Oh well, will see what tomorrow brings

I had the same problem. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and it restored my cloud save. Risky but nothing else worked and now I have everything back.

Had to roll back to an old ipad backup in the end, still 37 but lost 5 skylanders

Activision you owe me 25million gold, lots of exp, lots of gems, 2 fisheries, 2 b and b's the list goes on. I think I might cry ...

Correct me if I'm wrong but a cloud backup / save means that you have a save in huge cloud if anything happens...

Another not happy skylanders fan.. Perhaps we could get exp for not being happy with the bugs in the game since the last update .. I'd. B level 41 now ....

That's good news then, perhaps my old kingdom is still floating in the activision cloud somewhere !! Now all I need to do is get them to link it to my ipad !!
