Suddenly my game has reset to the beginning (I have absolutely no idea why). In the options menu under "Activate" it says I am "Not Logged In" but the only option is to "Transfer Save", which it says will overwrite my old content. Any solution or do I need to contact them via social media (and if so, what have you been successful with?)
Ok, pulled the trigger as suggested by Pico and succeed in getting my game back. For the sake of anyone who comes across this thread... log into Activate from the "Friends" area, not the "Options" -- if you the button in Options will say "Transfer Save", that's not what you want.
