You can eat pomegranite seeds.
It's true. In China, the seeds are believed to be healthy for stomachs.
Of course all the pomegranates I've ever bought in America have been over-raged, but if you see some good ones, buy 'em. I swallow the seeds whole.

You can eat black watermelon seeds as well if anyone actually didn't know that.

I did, but almost no American I know ever bothered to try pomegranates because they thought you couldn't eat the seeds and that they were too troublesome to eat as a result.

Well... They do stain your fingers...
But they are delicious ^.^
