Has this happened to anyone else? I used to be able to visit most (well, more than half anyway) of my friends successfully and get errors about every third try on average. Even this morning I was able to visit a few. Now, I can't visit anyone at all. It tries for a couple of seconds (much shorter than previously) and gives me the same old error asking to try again later. I did manage to visit Aura, but then when I tried to leave, my island wasn't on the list - just friends. Had to shut the game down completely to get back to my island. I can still send and receive kudos, but no matter who I try to visit, I get the error.

I'm in the same boat. Visiting worked about three quarters of the time until this morning. 100% failures today. I haven't tried Aura yet.

The same thing is happening to me this morning. I can't visit anyone so far this morning. I will wait till later in the day to try agin, don't want anything to happen to my account.

Maybe they've shut down the visits while they fix it? I know, but I'll hold on to that hope until it goes up in flames (hopefully not literally).

I too am in the same boat...

Visiting will be unavailable for a brief period this morning due to server maintenance. This outage should not be more than a couple hours.

Aura is the only you can visit, but the maintenance problem persists also in the evening ( I don't know if the evening in Spain is the morning in the USA......)

I just tried and had the same problems as the original poster.

You know, I wonder if all (or many) of the problems recently have been server issues. It would certainly explain corrupt save files. Maybe they just need a good hardware upgrade on their end to accommodate increased traffic. In any case, let's hope this works!

The system seems to be back up to sub-par. I'm able to visit a couple of islands before getting the error.

I'm back up and running...

Well, mine decided to delete my activate acount and not accept my password! nice! so, reset password, re-logged me in, just tried to visit 4 people, all error'd out, not that I visit anymore until its stable.

I was able to visit today and kept track. I was able to visit 89 of my 100 friends. The game didn't give me the option to visit the other 11 (it showed them as effectively having been visited already within the last 22 hours but I know that cannot be correct because I haven't visited anyone in the last few days). Of those I did visit, I found that about 30% of the time I was booted out and received the error message. I'll try to track whether it keeps happening with the same people. So basically 1 out of every 3 visits ends in getting booted out. That needs to be worked on Activision...

Well so far I have gotten 5 visits completed out of 58 friends since 7 am this morning. It did at least give them back to me as not being visited. Glad I didn't waste my 200 gems on the double kudos deal. I will wait til they notify us that it is fixed before I visit anymore. Hopefully they will figure it out soon. I miss seeing how far behind I am compared to the rest of you.

I'll wait until it IS fixed. They notified us that the corrupt cloud save issue was addressed, and while it may have been fixed for some players, it wasn't fixed for everyone.

I'm in Australia and haven't been able to visit friends at all for 2 days. Crashes every time. I can visit Aura but last time it took all my kudos and left me with only the 3 I collected from her. Luckily they went back to normal when I reopened the game. Hopefully they will fix this soon. Add me if you need any friends, I still need around 60 more. H0td0g (with zeroes).

The same thing happened to me when I visited Aura.
A fright, but on second thought, her kingdom almost as much as I like mine, and she's at level 40
