Broken Sidekick? [CLOSED]

Sooo, I finally got my final sidekick in the mail (mini-jini). I was very excited, until I opened it up and found out she had been decapitated! How should I address this? I cannot find any "help" emails on the promo site and do not own a phone for the number listed.

Activision has a form you can fill out for broken Skylanders. I don't know if anyone has successfully used it to replace a Giant Sidekick.

Know anyone that builds anime garage kits or resin models? They'd have the skills to help you fix it. If it is not heavily chipped and depending on the break, a small pin and light epoxy should get her back together. If your lucky it will be hard to tell.

I had received a broken Eye Small and I called them and they sent me a free replacement for it. I just called the number on their site.
