Went onto lost islands on my IPad, and everything has disappeared. Tried to log into Activate to essentially reload all my items and it's bringing up an error...
It's saying "there is an issue connecting with the server (Activate error code 0)
Any comments would be appreciated....
Level 38 with all skylanders and pretty much everything, I'd be mighty peeved if all is lost...
Help..... Please

I'm glad to see that others are having the same problem. I was about to send my Skylanders off for a few hours since I won't be able to play until then, but checked decided to close the app and check something first. I went back and my game was reset. It won't let me connect. Looks like they're having server issues or are resetting them. Hopefully it's just part of them fixing the bugs with it, but I'm not holding my breath. Either way, I'm bummed because I won't be able to send my Skylanders on adventures for a few hours so I'm losing out. Oh well. It's just a game I guess.

Same issue here with not being able to Activate and getting rolled back to an old save. To echo obidawsn I'm sure it's just down for maintenance of some sort. I'm sure once it's back up I'll be able to recover my save just like last week when this happened.

No good news for me yet. The gem of advice from activision assist was to try upgrading to iOS7 and that MIGHT help. Totally disregarding the fact that save has not been disabled, as per their Load Error 12, and the game started saving from level zero. So, my worry is that my only cloud save has overwriten my level 38 stats, and that instead it now has me has a newbie starting from scratch. Not much action from activision.

I'm in the same boat as you. I have ios7 and my game has been this way since the big skylander lost island update. My game is at zero and don't think I'll be able to get any of my old progress back

I know that's what I was worried about, but if you're not connecting to Activate to get your cloud save, then you're not connecting to Activate to save over top of your cloud save. So it should be good. I went all afternoon with the newbie game, but this evening it pulled up my own game from the cloud.

Problem is, I think it did save over my cloud save when it all stuffed up, so whatever is going to be pulled from the cloud will be from scratch, even though the load error said save was disabled. Activision have been no help and not provided any advice, apart from updating the iOS.
Obidawsn - how could it pull your own game from the cloud while you were playing the newbie game if you weren't logged in to activate? |

I had the newbie game because it wasn't connecting to Activate, but when I finally got into Activate, it pulled my cloud save. When you connect to Activate it automatically pulls whatever you had saved in the cloud. If you get disconnected from Activate and the game pulls up a clean/newbie game, then you aren't connecting to Activate to send the clean game to it. Once you login to Activate it automatically pulls the game you had saved on the cloud before you go back to it, so there's no chance it saves overtop of it. I'm not sure what makes it pop up the window to let you select which game you want to keep (the local or cloud save), as it never did for me this time.
