Today when I logged into my activision account I was asked if I play on multiple devices and I do ( not that there was an option to say no!). The weird thing was I was asked to select either my own iPad or someone else's iPad - someone called Heidi. Never heard if her! Anyone go any idea what could be going on?

Su, this is happening a lot. Several other threads discuss this. I had this issue too and was able to recover my current game. Seems many others were not so lucky. I've been trying to take daily screen caps of my islands in the hopes the devs can use it to help me get my stuff back (or close to it) if need be. Good luck.

Thank you for updating me. I've been working away from home for the last couple of weeks with limited internet access and had lost of the forum threads. I've managed to recover my game thankfully.
