Has anyone else noticed a strange number change just before visiting an island? At the very top right hand corner, where your number of kudos are displayed on the main screen. I bring up the social screen, click on a friend to visit, and then immediately glue my eyes to that number of kudos at the top right corner. Just before the screen departs, there's a flash, and the number changes. In my case, the briefly flashed kudos number is always exactly 411 kudos higher than the number I actually have.

I've seen that, thought maybe I was just imagining things the first couple of times. Haven't tried keeping track of the difference yet, but will try it.

I have seen it too, and the number of kudos was higher, but later it dissapeared, and I my number of kudos appeared. It was as a flash.

Yes I noticed too, and I've intrigued enough for the past day that I figured out the formula. The total it flashes for me is 120% + 1 of my current count. And I verified this before and after buying the admiral - the flashed total adjusts down according to the formula.
