yeah... it's the same color like the blue light that appears when Spyro and Cynder touch the green crystal... maybe he's summoned by it...

AND when you see the site where the screen is here, you can see the screen after the pic of the Chronicler is in the room where the green crystal was in the crystal- scene (where Spyro and Cynder touch a green gem ad a blue light appears)
