It's been a while since I ran a mile but last year I could. Don't know if I still can.

However, I am very certain that I can jog for a mile. Maybe more.

Mine used to be 6:40, when I was in shape. Which is one-third the time it used to take me to swim a mile. <.<

No. Actually my weight hasn't changed since then. I used to be a competitive swimmer, so I was exercising very intensely 6 or 7 days a week. >.>

My mile PR is 5:21. The most I have run in a bout was about 12 miles in I don't know, an hour and a half?

I can run a mile in 7 minutes and run two, but not sure about two's time because it wasn't timed.

Yes, I can run a kilometer or a mile. About once a week we ran/jogged some 7.5km rounds in the NCO school. At the time that was pretty close to my limit though. Running is not my bravure.

Never measured how long it takes for me to go a mile though.

Omg!! Same here, I mainly swim open water, my best was 5km in a race. I'm hoping to try a 10km next summer.

As for running? I dunno, I should be able to.

I can run several. >.>

I only really timed 1 mile that I did. I did it in about 7 minutes. That was with about 2 weeks training.

Lets see. I can run at about medium speed for one lap, half jog/half run a second lap, jog somewhat a third, and die and walk the fourth.

Before it was very easy for me, though, I'm not sure about on the distance, just I know, the circuits in my school were very long, as 20 to 30 minutes, even in hours.

Now, I'm a bit lazy, but I do not despise a good exercise workout.
