Well, it'd be helpful if there was a fixed way to refer to Spyro games in numbers. E.g. StD, GtG and YotD could be referred to as Spyro 1, 2, and 3, respectively.

But what after that? People say it's Spyro 4 for EtD, 5 for AHT, 6 for ANB and 7 for TEN. But what about the handheld games? Wouldn't that make it: Spyro 4 for SoI, 5 for SoF, 6 for EtD, 7 for Adventure, 8 for AHT, 9 for Fusion, 10 for SL, 11 for ANB and 12 for TEN?

Or would the handhelds be: GBA Spyro 1 for SoI, GBA 2 for SoF, GBA 3 for Adventure, GBA 4 for Fusion and DS for SL?

Put your views here.

My mind is spinning now. smilie smilie

I just call the handheld games by their normal names, or shorten them like SOI for Season of Ice.

I call StD, GtG and YotD Spyro 1, 2 and 3, but use shortened names for the rest. Sometimes I use their full names.

I just use letters: STD, GTG, YotD, ETD, SOI, SOF, Adv, SL, AHT, ANB, TEN, DotD. If I had to give numbers...

Spyro 1: Spyro the Dragon
Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer
Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon
Spyro 4: Enter the Dragonfly
Spyro 5: A Hero's Tail
Spyro 6: The Legend of Spyro - A New Beginning
Spyro 7: The Legend of Spyro - The Eternal Night
Spyro 9: The Legend of Spyro - Dawn of the Dragon

Spyro 1: Season of Ice
Spyro 2: Season of Flame
Spyro 3: Adventure

The rest should be numberless, and referred to by their names. >.>
