Broken Legendary. Bouncer. [CLOSED]

K so my son's bouncer doesn't light up/load/work at all. So i went to activsions site to put in the model code and i'm getting this.

Product Name: Skylanders Legendary Bouncer Giant Figure

Platform: 3DS;PS3;Wii;Xbox 360;Wii U

Model No: ?To find the model number, look at the bottom of the base of your Skylanders product. The number is 8 digits long.
Error: Model number is incorrect. Please check the bottom of the base to find the correct 8 digit model number.

Now his, my wives and mine all say 84535888, but it's not working? Does anyone have another number or is this his number and the web site is just messed up?

The model number on the bottom of my Legendary Bouncer figure is the same as yours, 84535888. So, you have that correct, as far as I can tell.

Only three things I can think of that could be the issue ...

1. What browser are you operating? For whatever reason, the Activision website does not work well when I'm using Firefox, for example.

2. It's possible that since Legendary Bouncer is not in production (and hasn't been for a while) that Activision may no longer consider him to be under warranty? I'm not sure; not an expert on warranties.

3. The Activision website is maybe just having a general brain fart, and maybe you could try back next week? Or try using the phone support during business hours maybe.

I was on hold when i posted this. It's the correct number, website is broken. Issue is taken care of will close thread after the 5min limit goessmilie
