Anyone else lost a shrine lately [CLOSED]

My son purchased a half price fire shrine the other day. Today it disappeared and his gems came back.

The one I purchased is still there.

Are you playing on multiple devices?
If yes, it's probably a sync issue and the most updated version was not chosen when switching devices.
Or the most updated wasn't saved to the cloud. I have that happen once, bought something closed the game, continued on my other device and it was gone. Apparently it was not saved to the cloud.
I now always save to the cloud manually before closing the game

Only one device and no Activate account due to his intellectual disability he does not have access to any networks.

Could I use the De Laurien?
